National Standards for Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Presentaton

HUD will be hosting an NSPIRE webinar specifically for landlords on February 26, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.

The Housing Authority of the County of Tulare would like to invite you to attend so that you may have the opportunity to become familiar with the new standards we are required to implement in our agency for our Housing Choice Voucher Programs. During this presentation Landlords will have the opportunity to hear of the changes and become better informed.
