The Mill Creek Parkway development includes 2, 3 and 4-bedroom family units with two-story townhouse designs and spacious square footages, designed for working families with incomes up to 80% of median income, adjusted for family size.
Much larger than the typical apartment dwelling, the two bedroom units are 1,100 square feet, three bedroom units are 1,290 square feet, and four bedroom units are 1,390 square feet. Each unit has two-car garages and individual patios for exclusive family usage. The project is located adjacent to the Mill Creek expanded park area, and provides views and open spaces along Mill Creek.
There is a large clubhouse, swimming pool and other recreational space within the walled community.
This is the first project of its kind for the City of Visalia, in that it provides long-term, restrictive deed covenants in conjunction with the City’s Affordable Housing Plan.
